Once the payment is processed, we initiate the work on the project. We proceed with the following.

Kindly furnish us with a concise description outlining your requirements and expectations. Additionally, we request the provision of the following materials:

• Sitemap detailing the structure for the anticipated 10-page website.
   
• Logo files and any pertinent brand guidelines to ensure cohesive branding.
   
• Content specifications. Should you require assistance, we offer content writing services for an additional fee.
   
• Reference sites for design inspiration and insight.
   
• Furthermore, we kindly ask that you narrow down and select a theme/template from within the Shopify platform.

Your cooperation in providing these essential elements will facilitate a smooth and efficient execution of the project.

• We will begin with creating the homepage at this stage ( It takes up to 4 business days to complete the homepage).
   
• And then move into creating the inner pages ( If we have all the information required the pages will be developed in 2 weeks approx).

• Prior to Live Deployment: The website undergoes comprehensive testing procedures prior to its live publication. Please note that this process may require up to four business days.
   
• Upon Live Deployment: Following the publication of the website, we conduct additional testing to ensure its functionality and performance. Subsequently, we provide the finalized website to you.

The website will be constructed based on a template selected from the Shopify platform.

Please be advised that customization options for these templates are subject to inherent limitations, thus modifications can only be accommodated if feasible.

We will utilize up to 8 stock images sourced from 123rf.com. Additional stock images will incur a fee of $10 per image.

The initial price quoted in this contract is contingent upon your specified requirements. Should you desire any additional features or modifications, we will gladly provide a separate estimate and timeframe for the supplementary work.

Kindly note that this quote excludes content writing services. If content creation is required, the fee will be $31 per page (up to 250 words).

For the addition of extra pages, the charge will be $60 per page. Similarly, each additional contact form will be subject to a $50 charge.

It is imperative that you supply all necessary materials and information essential for the completion of the project in accordance with agreed specifications. These materials may encompass, but are not limited to, photographs, written copy as per the sitemap, and logos. Any delay in providing these materials may result in a corresponding delay in project completion.

Furthermore, please note that any required apps or addons must be purchased separately.
